A bestseller, our signature perfectly smoked brisket from our rancher in Minnesota who is as obsessed about cattle the way we are obsessed with barbecue. We slice the brisket with a mix of fatty and lean. 4 oz of your choice of BBQ sauce per 1 lb.
Chopped Brisket
We use the lean portion of our brisket chopped and tossed with our speciality BBQ sauce.
Pork Ribs
We use full spare ribs smoked for 6 hours. Typically 3-4 ribs per pound.
Pulled Pork
We smoke our pork butts for 12 hours, excellent to feed the family and use for leftovers (tacos, casseroles, soups).

We make our sausage in house using pork and beef, our spice blend and smoked for 3 hours. Each sausage link is 1/3 lb.

Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage is back and better than ever! Its a beef and pork sausage thats super cheesy and loaded with jalapenos.
Turkey
We season a great natural turkey breast with our turkey rub and smoke it for 3 hours. Order by the pound for easy meals.

We make our pastrami in house, curing prime brisket for 72 hours, then cooked to perfection for 14 hours. A blend of cloves, spices and pepper make our weekly special a sell out!
